These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of wildasstrends.com and to every purchase you make from Wildass Trends Pvt. Ltd. (“WILDASS”, “we”, “us”). By browsing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them along with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Returns Policy.

1. About us

wildasstrends.com is owned and operated by Wildass Trends Pvt. Ltd., S. No. 516, Halvad–Maliya Highway, Juna Devaliya, Halvad, Gujarat 363330, India. You can reach us at wildasstrends@gmail.com or +91 94264 38404.

2. Using our website

  • You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
  • Please give accurate details when you create an account or check out, and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • You agree not to misuse the website — for example by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, or copy its content for commercial use.

3. Products, colours and sizing

We take care to describe and photograph our T-shirts accurately. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and knitted textures can vary a little from piece to piece. Please check product measurements before ordering; if you’re unsure about size, contact us and we’ll help.

4. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay (UPI, cards and net banking). We do not see or store your full card details.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after confirmation.
  • Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Orders and cancellations

After you place an order, we’ll email you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraud — and will refund any amount paid in full. You can ask us to cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us; once dispatched, our Refund & Returns Policy applies.

6. Offers and coupons

Coupons and offers are valid only for the period and conditions stated with them. Unless we say otherwise, one coupon can be used per order, coupons cannot be exchanged for cash, and we may withdraw an offer at any time. Orders placed using an offer in a way that breaks its conditions may be cancelled.

7. Shipping and delivery

We offer free shipping on every order across India through our courier partners. Once your order ships, we’ll share a tracking link. Delivery timelines are estimates and can vary by location, weather or courier delays. Please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel at the address and phone number you provided.

8. Returns and refunds

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items with original tags. Approved returns are refunded as a store-credit coupon. Damaged, defective or wrong items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Full details are in our Refund & Returns Policy.

9. Intellectual property

The WILDASS name and logo, product designs, photographs, text and other content on this website belong to Wildass Trends Pvt. Ltd. and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect losses or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law.

11. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Grievance redressal

If you have a complaint about a product, order or this website, contact our Grievance Officer, Devendra Patel, at wildasstrends@gmail.com or +91 94264 38404. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.

14. Virtual Try-On & credits

WILDASS Virtual Try-On lets you see a preview of yourself wearing products you’ve ordered.

  • Earning credits: you earn 1 try-on credit for each paid order placed while signed in to your WILDASS account. Guest orders don’t earn credits.
  • Using credits: each try-on uses 1 credit, and only when your preview image is successfully created. If a try-on fails, your credit isn’t used.
  • No cash value: credits don’t expire, have no cash value, can’t be exchanged for money or discounts, and can’t be transferred to another account.
  • Cancelled or refunded orders: if an order is cancelled or refunded, an unused credit earned from it is removed.
  • Previews, not promises: try-on images are AI-generated previews. Actual fit, colour and texture may differ, and a preview isn’t a guarantee of how the product will look or fit.
  • Fair use: upload only your own photo, and no images of minors or anything offensive, explicit or unlawful. We may suspend access if the feature is misused.
  • Changes: we may change, pause or discontinue Virtual Try-On or the credit system at any time.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated. Orders are governed by the terms in effect when they were placed.
