We want you to love every WILDASS T-shirt. If something isn’t right, returning it is easy — and you’ll receive a store-credit coupon code for the full amount to shop for something new.

1. Return window

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused, unwashed and in its original condition
With all original tags attached
In its original packaging, where possible

Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery cannot be accepted.

3. How to request a return

Email us at wildasstrends@gmail.com or call +91 94264 38404 with:

Your order number
The item(s) you want to return
The reason for the return (photos help if the item is damaged)

We’ll confirm your return and share the next steps for pickup or shipping.

4. Store-credit coupon

Once we receive and check your returned item, we’ll email you a coupon code equal to the amount you paid for that item (after any discounts applied to your order).

Use it on any product at wildasstrends.com.
The coupon is valid for 6 months from the date it is issued.
Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to a bank account.

5. Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost, or a store-credit coupon for the full amount if a replacement isn’t available.

6. Return shipping

We arrange a free return pickup wherever our courier partners serve your pincode. If pickup isn’t available in your area, we’ll guide you on how to send the item back to us.
